How to Return Merchandise

All new and unused products are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of purchase. If you wish to return an unused item that you are unsatisfied with, please let us know of the problem. We are here to help

If you elect to ship the item yourself, please include a copy of your packing slip and the reason for your return. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

Defective or Mis-Shipped Products

If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service at 1-800-526-1920.

We will make all necessary arrangements to quickly get a replacement item to you and arrange for the item to be returned to us free of charge.
